We’re excited to introduce our Family and Friends Referral Programme, a simple and rewarding way to help those close to you access trusted financial advice from Aegon Financial Planning.

From now until 31 December 2025, both you and your referred friend or family member will receive a £50 Amazon.co.uk¹ Gift Card when they invest the eligible amount and remain invested for six months.

How it works – four easy steps:

1. Contact your Financial Planning Manager, who’ll email you a referral form
2. Forward this form to your friend or family member
3. They’ll make contact with your Financial Planning Manager
4. Once eligibility is confirmed² and the investment is in place for six months, you’ll both receive your reward.

That’s it. If you don’t have your Financial Planning Manager’s details to hand, please call us on 0800 464 3079 to request them.

Referring your friends and family – Terms and conditions

1. To take advantage of this promotion the referrer (being the person who is referring a family member or friend to us) must be an existing customer of Aegon Financial Planning (AFP), received advice with us and hold investments on Aegon UK Platform.

2. The referred customer (being the family member or friend referred to us) must have the consent of the referrer to provide their details (name and postcode), and must:
   1. Contact the Financial Planning Manager directly, using their contact details provided on the business card (page 1). The referred customer must confirm their details and provide the details of the family member or friend (name and postcode) that has referred them.
   2. Not be an existing client of Aegon Financial Planning, meaning that they must not have previously received or be in the process of receiving financial advice from us.
   3. Meet the general eligibility criteria to qualify for Financial Advice through Aegon Financial Planning, as set out below.
   4. Act on the advice provided by Aegon Financial Planning and hold investments on the Aegon UK Platform. Please be aware that any advice recommendation will be made in accordance with the suitability of the solution for the referred customer’s circumstances and will not be influenced by participation in this promotion.

3. The referrer and the referred customer will each receive a £50.00 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card once they meet the following conditions:
   1. The referred customer has invested the ‘Eligible Invested Amount’ into shares and/or funds within the 6-month period, rather than being held in cash.
      1. Gift card will be issued via email (using the email address provided at the time of advice) within 30-days.
   2. For the avoidance of doubt, where our service is provided to joint clients (for example, spouses or partners receiving advice together) we treat this as one referral.
   3. There is no limit to the number of referrals a referrer can make.
   4. No cash alternative to these rewards will be offered.

4. If, during the advice cycle, it is determined that a more suitable fund solution exists outside of Aegon Financial Planning, and the referred receives advice through the broader services provided by Origen Financial Services, neither the referrer nor the referred customer will be eligible for this promotion.

5. By contacting the Financial Planning Manager about this promotion, the referrer and referred customer will be deemed to have accepted these terms.

6. The promotion is available from 1 June 2025 until 31 December 2025. It may be withdrawn, amended or extended at any time. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

7. Data will be used in accordance as per the Aegon Financial Planning Data Privacy Policy.

8. English law applies to this promotion.

Eligibility to qualify for financial advice through Aegon Financial Planning:

• 18 years or older
• a UK resident
• be able to invest at least: a lumpsum of £20,000 or, £400 a month or, a lower lump sum investment followed by a series of monthly payments (‘Eligible Invested Amount’)
